Introduction
To supervise and coordinate final product testing and packing activities to ensure the timely delivery of quality products as per company standards.
Job description

Main Responsibilities:
•    Ensure testing and packing of products as per relevant specifications, procedures and quality instructions.
•    Train Supervisors/operators in their various tasks and ensure that instructions are adhered to.
•    Identify and report assembly and quality problems to the Factory Manager and Quality Manager.
•    Implement and maintain corrective and preventative actions as advised by the Quality Manager.
•    Monitor the operator and machines' output and efficiency.
•    Recommend and implement changes to improve testing output.
•    Maintain good housekeeping.
•    Ensure that all finished products are correctly identified.
•    Ensure that all the correct drawings and tools are available to execute orders.
•    Ensure that all relevant work documents are available before starting the testing process.
•    Assist with conducting internal audits.
•    Implement and maintain safety and health standards in accordance with the OSHACT System.

Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements:
•    Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
•    Technical or Production Qualification
•    National Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage
•    1 - 3 years of Production experience.
•    Previous exposure to ISO9001 will be advantageous
•    Computer literacy
•    Must be able to lead a team
