Ensure testing and packing of products as per relevant specifications, procedures and quality instructions.

Train Supervisor/operators in their various tasks and ensure that instructions are adhered to.

Identify and report assembly and quality problems to the Factory Manager and Quality Manager.

Implement and maintain corrective and preventative actions as advised by Quality Manager.

Monitor operator and machines output and efficiency.

Recommend and implement changes to improve testing output.

Maintain good housekeeping.

Ensure that all finished products are correctly identified.

Ensure that all the correct drawings and tools are available to execute orders.

Ensure that all relevant work documents are available before starting the testing process.

Assist with conducting internal audits.

Implement and maintain safety and health standards in accordance with the OSHACT System.
